These Terms of Service (“Terms”) – yeah, these are the rules. They govern how you access and use the https://nielseun.com website (“Website”), including everything on it: the content, all its functions, and any services we provide. We, Nielseun, operate this Website.
By accessing or simply using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our Privacy Policy too. You really should read them. Carefully. If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, well, you’re just not authorized to use the Site. Simple as that.
1. Using Our Site
You agree to use our Site only for stuff that’s lawful. And in a way that doesn’t mess with anyone else’s rights, or stop them from enjoying the Site. Things we definitely don’t allow:
- Using the Site for anything fraudulent or illegal.
- Trying to get unauthorized access to our computer systems, or networks connected to the Site. Don’t do it.
- Copying, reproducing, sharing, or changing any content on the Site without our explicit written permission.
- Using the Site to send or post anything that contains computer viruses or other harmful code. We’ve seen that before, it’s not fun.
2. Products and Prices
We really try. Seriously, we do our best to make sure all the product info on the Website – descriptions, images, prices – is as accurate and current as possible. But look, we’re human. We can’t guarantee everything is perfectly error-free.
We always reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or things we just plain missed. We can also change or update information whenever we need to, without telling you beforehand. If a product somehow gets listed at a wrong price – maybe a typo, maybe a system error – we’ve gotta reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. We just have to.
And while we work hard to keep our inventory spot-on, product availability isn’t always guaranteed. We can, you know, discontinue any product at any time.
3. Ordering, Payment, and Cancellations
When you place an order on our Website, you’re essentially making an offer to buy a product. A proper contract between you and us? That only happens when we send you an email confirming your order has actually shipped. Not before.
We do reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time. Could be for a few reasons: product not available, errors in the product description or price, or if we, for any reason, suspect fraud. (Yes, it happens.)

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site – text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software – is the property of Nielseun, or our content suppliers. It’s protected. By United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws. This is important.
And Custom Designs? When you send us your designs for custom orders, you’re telling us you have the full rights to those designs. That they don’t step on anyone else’s intellectual property. You also give Nielseun a license – it’s non-exclusive and royalty-free – to use, reproduce, and change these designs only to fulfill your order for you. Sometimes, we might use examples of our custom work for promotional display (like in our portfolio). Unless we’ve agreed differently with you, in writing. Just so you know.

These Terms? They should be read together with our other important policies. They’re all part of the agreement between you and Nielseun.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Look, our Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t make any warranties, period. No express ones, no implied ones. That means we don’t guarantee, for example, implied warranties of merchantability (that something is fit for its usual purpose), fitness for a particular purpose, or that we’re not infringing on anyone’s rights. We’re just telling you that upfront.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nielseun, our directors, employees, and our affiliates won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. That means stuff that happens because of your use of the Site, or your purchase of products from us. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage will absolutely not go over the total amount you paid for the product that led to the claim. We’re just being clear here.
8. Indemnification
You agree to protect, defend, and hold Nielseun – and our officers, directors, employees, and agents – harmless. This is from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that come up because of your use of the Site, or if you violate these Terms, or if you infringe on anyone’s intellectual property or other rights. We’ve seen it before, this is just a heads up.
9. Governing Law
These Terms, and any arguments that might come from them, will be governed by and understood according to the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. We won’t consider its conflict of laws principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We can change these Terms whenever we need to. The most current version will always be right here on this Website, and you’ll see a new “Last Updated” date. If you keep using the Website after we post those changes, well, that means you accept the updated terms. It’s just how it works.
