2. Conditions for an Eligible Return
For us to accept and process your return smoothly, please make sure all the following are met:

Item condition: The product must be brand new — never worn, never washed, never altered in any way — and all original tags or labels must still be attached. Any sign of use or damage not present at delivery may make the item ineligible for return.

Packaging and proof of purchase: The original packaging (such as polybags, boxes, or garment wraps) should be included, along with documentation showing the purchase, such as your order number, invoice, or confirmation email.

Same condition as received: The product should look and feel as it did when it arrived, so we can verify its authenticity and value before approving a refund or exchange.
These conditions help us maintain a fair process for all customers and ensure the returned item can be restocked without dispute over its quality or authenticity.
3. Return Process
A. If it’s Nielseun’s fault (Applies when the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item.)

Verification: Once we review and confirm the issue, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the item back at no cost.

Resolution: You can choose to receive a replacement (same product, same size, same color) or a full refund, which will also include the original shipping fee you paid.
B. If it’s a personal request (Applies when you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the item.)
